Questions
How long does a portrait take?
About ten seconds. Once it's done you can download it right away in high resolution.
What photo do I need?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible. Phone photos work great.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the result?
Yes. If you're not happy with a portrait, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
What's a credit?
One credit makes one portrait. Prints, mugs and tees are ordered separately from a portrait's page.
Can I use the portraits commercially?
The biggest pack includes commercial usage rights; with the others, portraits are for personal use.
Do you support all pet types?
Yes. Dogs and cats are the regulars, but rabbits, birds, horses and most other pets come out great.
